I really quite like drawing eyes. I'm still trying to better my hair drawing, I already started by using a "harder" pencil. A bit of an improvement from Kurt Cobain, but not hugely. Will have to continue with practising. Anyway, this is just a random from a magazine advert. The advert didn't have the whole of the top of her head in it, so that's why it stops abruptly. Anyway, enjoy

I want to be honest with you, but honestly, I'm going to lie to you.
I think you should smoothen out your shading a bit more, it will really improve the picture especially in the heavily shaded areas on her face and hair. I would have thought using a softer B pencil would achieve this effect but never mind.
